fogging/misting in rear lights

just as the subject, does anybody have this problem? It happens to mine quite regularly (only on the right side!) although it vanishes quick, any ideas?

When I went to collect my (brand new) Brera from the dealership forecourt the drivers side rear light was half full of water. It was replaced but the dealer damaged the black ridged plastic panel that you see above the lights when the tailgate is open. Even after all this the lights were prone to misting. In some weathers you can see slight condensation on all six front light pods too. As you say, it seems to clear quickly. I guess this is just the design as when I see another in a car park I always have a look and they all seem to have some misting
