Fitting AR parking sensors

Hi folks,
Has anybody tried fitting original Alfa's PDC system to a 159? There are some aftermarket parts available so I was wondering whether it's possible. Does 159 have any preinstalled components of the system (e.g. wiring)? Where - apart from sensors of course - are installed original subassemblies? Does such installation require interference with car's computer to activate displaying on the dashboard?

Would like to know that too, mines has no sensors front / back, would like to have them (originally).

Hope it's just like the Connect Nav+ (except from the time delay) everything works like a charm (including nav. messages on the dashboard)

As it's all plumbed into the CANBus I would say it'd be extremely difficult/expensive.

Just look at the threads in the MiTo lounge concerning something as
simple as adding foglights.
