... on my 159 ti 2.4jtdm.
And my word...
I would seriously recommend anyone thinking about it does this, as I'm sure most of those who read a forum like this would!
I also paid £50 for a before / after rolling road analysis, which in my opinion is absolutely vital; the tuning guy was able to see the power / torque output through the range and as a result spent a good couple of hours smoothing out the dip he could see I was getting at about 2000rpm. I now have about 45 extra BHP and a lovely smooth continual power delivery that starts from lower down and just keeps pulling!
I also spent a week before I had it done making a note of the mileage / fuel consumed to work out my mpg - am looking forward to seeing if it's made any difference. I'm quite sure it has just from driving it for a few days and looking at the trip computer, but will wait to see what the petrol gauge says.
On another note - had it done at Proalfa in Watford (in between Watford and Rickmansworth). I cannot recommend them highly enough. Cost me £450 all in, including the new pipe they made and fitted in replacement of the DPF - but the best part was the care and attention they gave me. They even showed it me under the car and gave me the DPF in a box to stick in the garage! (I thought it might be useful when I come to sell the car). I also had a meeting with the tuning guy to talk about how far I wanted to push the mapping, pros, cons, his recommendations, etc.
I was that impressed with them for it all, along with not charging me for fitting of a replacement inner wheel arch that I mashed against a rock, that I gave them 6 bottles of port to say thanks
Anyway - just thought I'd share
