I know this is an old-ish post, but just my own recent experience. I was recently after a GT Cloverleaf, 170 bhp, Q2, power button. They had one on Auto Trader, but after email query, it turned out to be the 150bhp version. The guy said for £750 they would put a Q2 in and map it to 170bhp - a reasonable price I guess, but then the car was a LOT more than similar models in the first place. I could buy a cheaper one and have that done - but it still wouldn't be original! Over the years, i've always found Veloces prices to be a LOT more than similar models for sale elsewhere. I assumed that this would be because the cars were in so much better condition. After reading this thread, it appears that is not the case, so I think i'll be steering clear of them in any further vehicle searches - shame as they are not very far from me. Sounds to me like they are trading off of the sometimes blind love of Alfa enthusiasts!
