That is only down to you Tony. We have done a lot of DPF removal's and have a lot of very satisfied customers.
Your car was booked in around 4 times with you not showing up on each occasion then you would'nt answer your phone.
When your car finally arrived with DPF issue's we sorted the car out for you.
You were very pleased up until the point of having the car dyno'd after the DPF removal. You did'nt have the car dyno'd before though and got upset at the figures it made.
We offered to take a look at the car and explained we think your car may be suffering with sticking swirl valves in the inlet manifold. This job would be chargeable and you had a paddy like a small child.
You did'nt want to investigate the fault or spend any money, we then offered a full reversal of what had been done and a refund which you also turned down and put the phone down on me. After about 2 weeks you contacted us again and agreed to have the car reverted back to as when you brought it to us.
Eventually you did get a full refund and we reversed the procedure after 3 month's as you could'nt come during the week and kicked off again surprisingly as you would have to bring the car to us because you live 40 miles away.
Your car has problems and we don't fix cars for free.
We healthcheck the cars before we do any work which does'nt include stripping the car completely then reassembling and rectifying every last fault with the car.
This is the only car we have ever reverted back to standard out of a large number that we have done.
I worked on your car in total for 2 full day's for free effectively and came in especially for you on a Saturday.
