Keep her. I've had most of these jobs done on mine (bought at 76k, now at 95k two years on). I think it's largely down to the high mileage - if you take the clutch/DMF (which is the killer at £1300), the indie who did that for me told me that it was no more expensive than similar cars, and they would be expected to go at around 90k on a modenr turbo-diesel due to the high torque. My logic is that I saved approx £5k compared to buying one with average mileage, that covers plenty of repairs, and hopefully there's little more high cost items to go wrong...
And just think how smart she'll look with new wheels!
