1750TBi ASR/Traction control

Anyone else feel this cuts in too much?

In the 2.2 I hardly ever noticed it coming on
but in the 1750 it's always tripping.

Turning it off the wheels don't seem to spin when pulling
away hard so maybe mine's a bit too sensitive?

Anyone else noticed anything?

It just works as in my old 156 2.4JTD20v.
In both cases it does not prevent spinning if accelerated hard.

There's obviously not enough weight over your front wheels. Should have bought a diesel

same problem (or lack of ) here with a remapped dirty diesel... traction control doesnt seem to exist if sufffering from wheelspin when pulling away hard. I even asked Gus (alfatune) what his thoughts were on the TC on the 159, his comments were "You've too much torque mate"

Got to agree it is very easy to spin the wheels with the ASR on or off
