Stuck in Dorset, thanks to Alfa Warranty!
Having had to travel to Bournemouth for work (from home in London), my car was playing up on the M3. Took it to the main dealer on Tuesday.
They called the following day to say it needs a new high pressure fuel pump, which they can do, but cannot do the work until a man comes from the Alfa Warranty people to authorise the work. He can't come 'til next Tuesday!!
Either Alfa Romeo have a network of authorised dealers, whom they trust not to rip them off, or they don't. Why should I have to be stranded 100 miles from home, with no car, so they can take a week to make sure the dealer isn't ripping off Alfa on this?
