Update on the things/parts done, need some advise:
1. Cam Variator Sensor Changed
2. Ignition Coil Changed
3. Spark Plugs Changed
4. Battery Changed
5. Sub Fuel Pump Changed
6. ThrottleBody Cleaned.
7. New Tank of Petrol with STP Fuel System Cleaner (Given Green light by Local AR Dealer prior to trying)
However, seems like problem still persist. The engine vibrates and pulsing on idle (yes, near massage chair type of vibration, even Dealer mechs confirm that). No problem with cold crank (or first crank of the day) but issue only occurs when car is driven around followed by stop and park for 10 to 20 mins or more. Afterwhich try to crank the engine, it would have a long weak crank before firing. And when it fires, you can easily feel 1 or more cylinder is not firing (misfire) and the whole engine knocks. Engine check light remains on until when I try to step on the accelerator a little, the engine roars and you can hear all 4 cylinders actually fires then the check light disappear. Also during cruising, engine check light will not beep but merely flashing, it flashes for few seconds before it disappears.
Examiner shows Lambda 1 & 2 electrical values are within factory parameters/tolerance, similar to the injection timing and fuel pressure at around 4 to 4.5 bar (within tolerance). The examiner also keeps showing Ignition 3rd and 4th Cylinder Failure (Intermittent) with a checklight "Count" of 40 times or more for each cylinder after 1 to 2 days of driving. Dealer seems to be having slight trouble trying to locate the proximate cause of this after eliminating possible causes one by one. Dealer no doubt has been very helpful but this has caused me to make one too many trips down (to be exact, 6 times within 2 weeks)...
There are possible causes which includes Master Fuel Pump, Injectors, possible flooding in one or more cylinders or even more catatrophic engine failure eg (sleeve, piston ring worn etc?).
Care to share your views and advise? ??? :'(
