It is very interesting that other people have experienced the shuddering pre or post ECU upgrade.
The cleaning of a car isn't a big issue you for me, but I was not a happy customer so I believe they should have got the car hooked up to the rolling road, given the car a clean and maybe some sort of credit note.
I think I'll have to give them a call about the off set gear lever and MPG but once again I think they'll think I'm being a pain and as I'm not a mechanic they'll dispute my knowledge over theirs.
Don't think I can risk trying somewhere else now due to the cost factors. The car is 95% back to normal so I think I'll stick rather than twist.
