I spoke to Jano at AD last summer regarding this J2.2 mod, very helpful. Cost then was £4700 + VAT for the forced induction package to 245bhp and a stupid amount of Torques, new manifolds, induction system, reprofiled ECU, etc etc plus the blower, intercooler, oil cooler and some other bits to be done to the engine. Warranted for 6 months / 6000 miles with a 24 month warranty on the supercharger, chuck in a courtesy car and about a week to fit and Bob's your Uncle as they say. They can do up to 260bhp but the cost becomes a bit silly in my opinion.

Brera S handling in a package with decent mpg and 3.2 performance only, much lighter. Whats not to like (the price)
If you already have a Brera S and get your car chipped and put a power filter on it, either the AD or Mangos Mod4 for instance, then allowing for the fact you have lightweight Janspeed rear boxes which will guarantee to release a few more horses, you are then up to around 200bhp in what is the lightest Brera made.
My 2.2 is mod'd to this level and after playing with a few other cars with known performance, I would estimate the 0-60 to be around 7.8 - 8.0 secs in comparison to the standard 2.2 which is much heavier with 186bhp and a 0-60 of 8.7secs.
As an example, had a sprint recently from 20 up to 100mph with a 2.5 V6 156 which was standard other than it had a free flowing exhaust fitted. When we reached 100 it had only pulled about one car length on me which occured from about 60mph onwards due to his higher torque. That cars normal 0 - 60 is around 7.6 secs. Was all over its back bumper when we got to the roundabout and twisty road after it though
I know factory 0-60's are pretty contentious and are usually achieved on a track with an abusive factory driver who will trash the clutch to get the best times but, they are a useful benchmark as all manufacturers do the same thing to get their times.
