If you remember, my 159 got hit by an animal a few weeks ago and I left it with a repair shop while I went away to work for five weeks.
I went to get the car yesterday, and one of the problems i had with the car is that the battery was fully discharged, to the point of the alarm/C. Locking failing to operate.
They got the car started off a jump-pack and i drove it home the 15 miles (when another 'problem' occured, which left the car unable to drive.
I went to start the car this morning through curiosity, and the battery was flat again.
My question is this......will the battery discharge itself in just five weeks, or have the repairers done something to cause this problem.
My 155 starts off the key after five weeks with no problems.
The 159 has had a new intercooler, oil-cooler, air filter and other parts that I feel would not cause a short or discharge, but any help here would be appreciated.
