Went to the dealers today and it was even worse on the way there. Continually stalled once it had warmed up but also big drop in power and took quite a few times to restart.
They first of all checked the ECU for errors and non were found. Then checked EGR valve and this was found to be stuck, so was replaced and included a modified gasket which apparantly stops it from happening again. Then carried out a forced regen.
Then they took it for a test drive and it still stalled! After another check they found that the Diesel quantity level was too high. The MOD2 Autodelta kit then removed all was ok. Replaced with a new Autodelta kit and all ok.
The drive home was fantastic. Seemed a totally different car.
Could the over fuelling have caused the EGR to get stuck? Will never know but I'm happy its all back to normal and all done under warranty.
