A different gear knob question

so i'm inevitably going to tweak a couple of things over the coming weeks...and my gear knob looks a bit tired and boring....so i thought i'd go for a refresh...something stock looking but more impactful...this caught my eye

Now i'm fully aware of the chinese being misadvertising buggers for generic bits of kit so i asked if it would fit(as the pull up reverse concerns me)...they sent the following generic reply..

Thank you for your enquiry.

Our gear knob is high quality universal part and will fit for ALL automatic transmission car without a D3/Overdrive button on the shift lever.
Our package include 3 rubber sleeves (8/10/12mm), grub screws, allen key for installation.
Our gear knob will fit if you can remove your existing gear knob and your gear stick diameter matches one of the above sizes.

so could anyone confirm that its changeable

I purchased one of ebay a while ago - Red leather to go with my interior - says it fits a 159 all models - open the box and no lift for the reverse so it went back. I think you'll have to pay a premium for one that's going to fit correctly
