Breathing problems ?

My 159 has been back at the dealers to have the DPF checked as it's been regenerating very often @200miles on average, they couldn't find the exact issue but have it booked in for further diagnosis although they believe it might have 'breathing problems' - does anyone understand what this means and whether it's a fairly common problem ?

Hmm I read a thread on DPFs and got the impression that regens every 150-180 miles were quite normal??

My Brera 2.4 regens about once a refill which is about 400 miles. However, I understand that the ECU makes the decision based on the type of driving so urban driving may require earlier regens than motoroway driving.

mine does it every 180 miles in urban use, on the motorway for long periods, only once every 400 or so.
