I took the Alfa in for a service Fiat / Alfa in Romford.
Service carried out oil, filter and air filter changed and full inspection. I requested the pollen filter be changed also.
I drop the car 830 saturday morning they request I pick it up around 1130 no later as they close at 1200.
I return at 1130, they make me wait till 1220 which is fine weekends are usually busy. The lady at the counter explains the Pollen filter was not changed as she forgot to factor in the time cost. Little annoyed ask why no call, she expains very busy.
I explain did they find any faults? no no fualts, I remember the windscreen wiper is shot so ask what about the wipers? she quotes me a price I ask if this was checked? yes it was and its fine, I know it isnt as it smears rather than clears.
Not impressed I pay and I leave. I go to collection point the car isnt even washed??
Also no paper mats inside to protect the carpet from the mechanics?? Is this the main dealer service you expect at Alfa?
