I have had the car from new - so all miles I have done, and I really do not drive it hard or ride the clutch, quite a lot of those miles are motorway miles only.
Dealer basically says cannot find a mechanical fault - so Wear and tear. Wish i could of afforded to just leave it to rot at the dealers whilst trying to sort it out, but I need the car so I had to pay for it. Not sure of the exact break down of teh £1300 as I do not have the bill to hand but I think there was around £500 for labour! But there is not a lot I can do about that as I am tied to the dealer and next one is 45miles away!
Been in touch with Alfa Cutomer services - absolute joke and waste of time, they have no concept of cutsomer service - does not help that they all speak broken English either!
Just got an e-mail back from trading standards and they basically say unless I can prove it was down to a mechanical failure then there is no case! The dealer has the clutch and I intend to pick it up and get a third party assesment of it, but I have seen it and I am not sure that a third party will come up with anything - so I may be just throwing more money away! Absolutley sick!
