Come on bagger be a bit more reasonable - there are a FEW shockingly bad reviews mainly from rear wheel drive cars with very high powered engines......not really very helpful as a comparison to much lower powered front wheel drive cars like ours.
Here's a thought why don't you solicit feedback from people who drive the same car as you and ARE using these tyres and very pleased with them.
Should we be bothered if a 645 owner doesn't rate them ? - i couldn't give a toss but if a 159 / Brera owner has something negative to say about then i might be interested.
I agree that the cars are a little different but I think the comments are still valid, if I have to make a sudden emergency avoidance maneuver on a wet road I want to have the most grip I can, I have never skimped on tyres and i am reluctant to start now even though the price difference is very tempting.
I appreciate that plenty of Alfa owners seem happy with them but at least one Brera S owner on here has been very critical of them and I suspect that cold, wet and slippery winter country roads would amplify any shortfall in these tyres abilities.
