I have a Tourismo!
Bought it for a grand less than the same year Lusso model with the same miles. So in this respect it is very good value.
My Tourismo actually has Blue and Me, the Lusso didn't.
I have cruise, alloys (were 16" but upgraded to 18" Horseshoes), dual climate control and electric/heated folding mirrors.
As the OP says, this is SE spec in BMW/Audi world!
The interior is Alfatex. It is a suede/cloth mixture, totally man made, but it is fine to me.
The seats are very comfortable, I've driven across France in mine with no problems.
The dash/console trim was in plastic (with a silver fake metal colour) and this did let the side down a little, so I changed it for alu Lusso trim.
So for me it is a bargain when compared to other cars and trim specs.
Don't get me wrong, leather is nice and I'm sure I will have it in the next Alfa, but this is just fine.
Re-sale wise, it will be lower in value, but then you pay less for it to start with, so no real loss there. In fact you may have more chance of selling as it will be at the lower end of the scale, and more people will have this price bracket in mind.
Either way, get the right one and you have a cracking car! I'm just looking out of the window at my "poverty spec" car, and its fine by me.

And loving it
