I will jump on the Palmers bashing bandwagon, picking up the car was a shambles despite agreeing a time to come and collect it, the sales guy (I think it was Bradley but I couldn't be sure) was out collecting a tax disc for another car.
We also ended up paying for the car twice (my company paid to secure it) then the lease company paid 5 days later, but it took Palmers 5 weeks to refund us. They said they would look after me when I needed work to be done, needless t say they didn't and in fact it was I who told them about the new tracking settings for the TI.
Add that to the fact that the last time I went past I couldn't even see an Alfa sign and there were far more Peugeots there than Alfas, I just can't take them seriously. Try Autolusso in Edlesborough, they are much better but they are an indie.
