FM radio signal booster

After two separate trips to my local Fiat servicing centre, I'm having an FM radio booster fitted on my 10 plate 159 Ti. My radio suffers from highly variable FM reception, sometimes with AF on it's flicking around once a minute trying to find a stronger signal. I'm listening to normal FM stations not pirate and for me this isn't acceptable.

Anyone had similar issues or had a signal booster fitted?

Would be interested to know if the booster works. FM reception on my 159ti is atrocious, apart from.......wait for it........when the car is stationary!!!! Lot of good that is!!!

I wouldnt rave about it in the Brera. My 07 plate 159Ti held my local FM station out to Wimborne, around 20 miles or so, my 09 Brera S will only hold it out to Bere Regis, about 10 miles. Wifes 56 plate Croma holds FM reception nearly all the way to the New Forest so, Alfa seem to be lacking in this department.

Asked my local dealership to take a look last month when she went in for her first annual service, they reckon it's fine. I reckon its C*ap
