3.2 JTS doesn't pull when cold
I need to know if this behaviour is normal:
Brera 3.2 2006, 7000 miles, 5W40 Selenia Star
I start the car in the morning, let the engine idle for a bit (10secs+), pull off and the car doesn't pull properly, as if I'm not pressing the throttle enough. Then, once the car reaches around 2500-3000rpm, there is a puff of smoke from the exhaust and the car shoots off as if I'm flooring it (without moving the throttle, which is at around 1/4).
It only does this when completely cold, the problem does not reappear even after shutting the engine down for 6 hours.
Also, I noticed that there is water vapour coming from the exhaust before the car heats up, even when its 25-30C outside.
Is something wrong, or does it just take long for the oil to heat up?
Thanks for any info
