If you look at the engine, standing from the front of the car, the EGR is on the top right of the engine bay. You will need to remove the plastic engine cover, just tug this off, only held on with 4 rubber mounts.
Then the EGR can clearly be seen on the top right of the engine. Look at the pics on the "how to" sheets and you will recognise it straight away.
Move the thick rubber pipe to one side, this will help you access the larger bolt.
Undo the two 10mm fixings for the plastic engine cover first.
Then you have the 4 x 10mm bolts and the 2 x 13(?)mm bolts. The gaskets should be held onto the body or the valve pretty well, so don't worry about losing them!
Then unclip the electrical connector.
Went for an extended run yesterday, totally different car. Well worth the job.
