A little while ago I treated my increasingly rusty, then 9 month old Brera's hubs to a good rub down and painted them with silver brake caliper paint, the two pack stuff, and 3 months later it has stood up to the heat and seems to be holding the rust at bay. The rears I did with heat resistant silver engine paint as they don't get as hot and bothered. The hubs do look nice if I say so myself.
I have heard of some members getting them changed buy their dealers, if you can get them to agree to it but, sadly it's probably only going to repeat itself.
Alfas are not the only maker whose dics go rusty quickly.
