Brera : paddleshift retrofit?

I'm struggling to find out if this is possible on the 3.2 Q4 Q-t, due to annoyingly inconsistent replies. Surprised they weren't already fitted, actually, being such a cheap option when new. So is it possible ? And if so ( good answer ), does that involve a whole new steering wheel ? (in which case, fine, the answer would still be: 'yes, it's possible' ). Just wondered if anybody had had this done before. Guidance please!

Sorry dude, don't know anyone who actually has them on here.

(I thought they were a Selespeed option. )
