My Neck Hurts.....
I have a serious question.
Will I ever stop 'looking back' after I've parked my car?
I drive the short journey to work and park in a huge car park inside my site, it's full of run-of- the-mill looking cars (excluding one Brera that I've seen in my car park).
Most of the time I'm half asleep when I park it in the morning and forget where it is 8 hours later. It's easy to find though, I'm looking for the best looking car in the world. I always on purpose leave my 159 more 'nose out' in the space when I park.
As you know, nothing else looks like the face of a 159/Brera, so amongst the dross I can spot by just glancing up the aisles.
I could get more sleep, pay more attention, park in the same place every day? No need. I have the best looking car in the world. I'll find it.
I used to have a 156 and that used to make me glow inside every time I set eyes on it. But the lines of my 159 almost make me cry, every morning.
I sit inside it. Just as beautiful from behind the wheel.
I see other nice expensive cars. They make me cry but not in good way, German, ugly and without soul.
I love beautiful things, they make life easier, they give me a purpose. My wife, my daughter, my unborn 2nd child, my car.
So? Will I ever stop looking back at my car?
I don't think so. It's a beauty.
