Rear rattles, advice please

First point which probably sounds a bit stupid, I checked my tyre pressures a couple of weeks ago for the first time (not had the car long) and I am sure there are more rattles and squeaks. they are set to recemmended levels but I suppose my gauge could be off a bit. Anyway, am I nuts or could a few psi extra make such a difference?

Regarding the rattles, most of them seem to be coming from the removable boot area cover (mine's a SW) and the removable net that can be pulled up to the headlining (for dog owners I think). I am thinking of experimenting with felt pads etc but i'll bet that someone on here has already had this problem and fixed it.

For now I have removed both of them so at least I can now hear the b-pillar wind noise
