As far as I could make out (on my 2.4) it's a pretty standard service. Alfa Main Dealer was quoting a Menu price of £505 though. When I questioned why it was so much, I was told it was because the fuel filter is replaced, and that's £60 for the part alone (still didn't seem to justify the £500!). I got the service done by an Alfa Specialist in the end (for £180). They did all the scheduled bits and used Alfa parts and Selenia oil. Interestingly they phoned Alfa UK re the fuel filter and were told that on the 2.4 it doesn't need replacing at 36k (it lasts longer than that; but I can't remember how long they said). It's a special long-life filter - and actually costs £160 to replace. So it seems as usual that Alfa Dealers don't always get/give good information.
No mention of a DPF filter change - I thought they took care of themselves by regenerating (until the regen fails and they get blocked......)
Hope this helps, although I'm not sure whether yours is a 1.9 or 2.4!
