A 320D is standard 177bhp. That is for the newer post 2008 versions. There were quite a few 2005-2007 versions with only 150bhp.
I was travelling at a decent speed along a dual track, he over took me, so I childishly overtook him, fell back in lane one, then booted it in 5th. He WAS trying, but got nowhere near me until the island. By then I was smiling, he gave me a "look" and shot off in the opposite direction. And this was a 58 plate. Ha.
I would never bother attempting to goad a 330d into a dual! I know the 159s limits, so far.....
It still doesn't get close to the 9-5 Aero I used to cherish. Ex-Police unmarked car, obviously chipped/mapped from new. Only stupidly expensive cars could match that in a straight line. Ah, those were the petrol burning days of olde......
Still, for a glag glag this one is now enjoyable. If only I could make the morning rattle go away....glag....glag...
