The 159 itself is Carbon Black 2.4 SW with red leather. Privacy glass and aluminium roof bars.
Reg Plate is J***RSH, I have omitted the numbers which are all the same.
Sorry to hear this NorthernLad.
Don't want to build up you hopes but I saw a car fitting the description in Brookfield Farm, Cheshunt tonight at 10.25pm. I was coming out of Tescos carpark and spotted it coming from the direction of the Petrol Station. I've never seen a SW around these parts, so I sped up the car park to see if I could catch him to pin an AO flyer on him at the lights. He was really shifting and belted through an amber before I got chance. Didn't catch the number plate but definitely had smoked tints all round and silver roof bars.
How many black SW with tints actually exist? Seems a bit coincidental.
Theres plenty of CCTV at Brookfield, especially at Tesco's petrol station. It probably doesn't help your situation but I thought I should let you know.
Hope it all gets sorted.
i asked my brother in law about this, as he is an AA patrol man (long while) and he has never heard of such a thing? he said nothing like that is issued by the AA, in fact he says it would have been copied by someone and be "out there" if it did exsist.
i think he was having you on, it was proberly a workshop disc just showing location of boot release etc? the AA are not part of the CIA
Sorry to correct you Alfa Zulu.
I sat a locksmith course about 10 years ago and I was actually handed a photocopy of the AA unlock guide as part of my course. I don't think it was an official release from the AA but it had 'AA Car Unlocking Guide' written on the front. It featured most models from 1990-2000 and included diagrams as well as little known manufacturer quick entry systems on several models/manufacturers.
I have an account with a US company that supplies locksmith equipment and they do a PDA with software that contains a full list of unlock guides including method, technique and tools required for all current US and European models.
Anyone with a knowledge of locks will tell you, getting in is the easy bit.
Now, starting is a different matter all together and I didn't sit that course.
