i'd get a car cover if i were you too, but try and keep it raised very slightly from the bodywork if you can to a) avoid tiny scratches and b) keep some air circulating around it. maybe place a few polystyrene blocks on roof, bonnet & rear deck before throwing the cover over?
give it to me, i would look after it....and wash it and polish it and make sure it looked good with me in it
A cover is good but to be honest if you could get it into a garage/undercover storage that would be better, if not make sure the cover is as waterproof as possible.
Handbrake off, battery off, when you come to restart the car i would disconnect the fuel pump relay/fuse and crank it over until the oil pressure light goes out as well as getting ready to do a service as soon as the car is back on the road
Being a diesel i would recommend changing the fuel filter as well once the car is back on the road, just incase there is moisture in the fuel lines/filter
