Yeah it deffo shouldn't go flat so quickly if nothing has been left on! Even in really cold weather they should be fine as they have protective jackets these days.
Sometimes they can have faulty cells, that don't always show up straight away with a tester. Unfortunately you'll have to wait and see if it does it again, and then keep checking for faulty cells...
My last car did exactly that, and once it had done it a couple of times, it started to show the faulty cell, and a replacement was the cure with no repeat issues afterwards.
It's better to burn out than fade away!
