Absolutely agree re MPG. I've got a 3.2, mostly 'drive like a nun' and get just over 23 MPG average. Moved from a GT with the old Alfa 3.2 engine (it did sound SO much better than this 'aussie' version but this still sounds great!) and with my 'nun like' driving almost got to 26 MPG. However, the whole great sounding Brera (yep, not as good as the old V6 but still good) thing makes the MPG worthwhile. In fact, any Brera still turns heads. They are still hyper rare and you do drive past people who turn and stare at the car - it's either admiration or jealousy - or both! My only niggles (just got an 06 model) check the electrics all work, especially the seats, the strereo, and hesitation on a cold start up. Apart from that all I've done is enjoy - and I can fit three adults in! Enjoy!
