Have you had your tracking checked?!
I have had my 2.2 Brera S now for 12 months and have covered 5500 miles but already my tyres are almost buggered! Because of this I took my car to an independant wheel specialist that offered laser alignment (which the dealer did not) who discovered that my wheels were almost 3mm out of line! Looks like this is the most likely cause of the excessive tyre wear.
Seeing as I have not bumped my wheels at all in the 12 months I've had the car I can only conclude that the car was delivered to me in this condition.
Because of the above I raised a case with Alfa UK who are now tellin me that because I had the wheel alignment checked and corrected at an independant garage, and not an Alfa dealer, that they are not prepared to get involved (even though I have the report from the independant garage) and that at best they may be prepared to refund the £20 I paid to get the check done....... not good enough really when the tyres cost £200 per corner!
Has anyone else experianced anything similar and did you manage to get anything from Alfa in terms of compensation?
