Smoke on start up.....

Hi all,

Following all the other issues im having with my car at the moment this morning the car sounded awful on start up along with lots of smoke from exhaust for 3-4 seconds

Once the car had warmed up and sounded more like it should i gave it a few good goes in 2nd and 3rd and looked for smoke but wasnt noticable..... is this just one of those things and nothing to worry about?

Over past few weeks its been in the garage for a few forced regens, had the EGR done (2 months ago) and did a regen on its own on Sunday without requiring dealer intervention (clever car!), i have noticed my chrome pipe is quite sooty at the moment too.... dealer said it was probably just still cleaning itself out after the blockages ?!!??!

Its also been a bit hesiatant on very light throttle when doing constant 40-50mph

Any ideas?

Car has done 36k...

Sounds a bit like yours may have caught the same 'disease' as mine.
