Well what you are saying is that the car that is tested, isn't that same car that goes to market, aren't you? If that is the case then all manufactures are guilty of some serious crime (some more than others when you look at their cars!). If the fuel figures were a little out, for instance I could easily get 47mpg out of my Saab, I could understand, but in many cases the 159 1.9Jtdm is 17% poorer than figures published, that cant be right, can it?
The 1.9 diesel engine is, I understand, a Fiat engine used by GM, rather than the other way around.
