For the second time in 3 weeks I'm sitting at home waiting for the AA man.
Last time was the glow plugs, god know what it is this time, bloody thing just wont start.
For a 2.5 year old car with 50,000 miles this is beyond a joke.
I've had it just over 3 months from main dealer ( varivas in Nottingham) and am fed up with it. Surely this is not normal, even for an Alfa??
Starting to wonder about rejecting it...what do people think?
A lot of people on here swear by fuel additives. These new alfa diesels seem to be tempremental when it comes to fuel. My 1.9 runs so much smoother and quiter on V power. If the car was run on supermarket rubbish for two years then what SR suggests may do the trick. I'm not sure how you go on for rejecting a second hand car.
Mine was from the same dealer and I have to say although I've had no problems with the car I haven't had one phone call since picking the car up. Not great after sales care IMO.
