Alfaless :( BMW!

My Brera has up and down closure - Holding down lock or unlock button BUT I understand that closure was disabled on newer models due to safety issues, your dealers can reinstate but some have refused!

Yep, they'll come down, but not go up on auto-mode.
There is a dealer reset but you have to ask nicely

Brera 2.4 JTD

My Brera has a similar problem, when I pull they key out the auto window opens the windows slighly but they dont close back up so my car sits there with the windows down. I have to put the key back in without staring then close the windows myself.
Also, whilst I think about it very bizzarly the audio display in the dashboard is 2 songs out of sync! The strereo reads i'm on track 2 for example but the dash says track 4. Tried a few discs and its still the same.

Both of these issues arose after the earth lead came lose on the battery and all the electrics went off!

Hi, mine (2.4sw 58 plate) is the same. You can drop all windows on the remote, but not close them.

However, you can close the windows using the metal pull out key blade in the door key slot. Turn to lock and hold and the windows all close.

Presumably less likely for little johnny or whoever to do that while his little sisters head is hanging out of the window!
