This is shocking, and I would have expected better from Alfa when they have supposedly spent so much on improving customer service in recent years. I previously leased a 159 from a private company, when I returned it, they inspected it straight away as it was sat outside my house, and told me there would be no charge for the small paint chips etc . They measured them all at the time (and there was quite a lot from Motorways). Even the alloys had little scrapes on, that I was not charged for, because they fell within the rules. (The RAC have a handbook for leasing cars and what is expected wear and tear, which is really good).
I currently lease my 159 LE from FGA, after 3 years of motorway driving etc it will cost me a fortune :-(
