I have a sad day in today with my 159. My wife, my baby and I poped in B&Q for a quick shopping. I have to admit that I parked slightly out of the parking bay. As we were popping out the shop saw a car park attendent from uk parking control(UK PC)issuing us a parking ticket, I have then confronted him sadenly he replyed I don't care I have to pay for his work. I called theirs customer service I then explained what happened, I got a replied from them "to appeal" it's frustating.
By the way, the parking notice enclosed letter, does not say how much is the payment it just say that I will receive a charge certificate via royal mail in due course and they will contact the DVLA for my details.
(The contravention is VEHICLE PARKED OUT OF MARKED BAY).
I would like to write a powerfull appeal's letter, can anybody in this forum can help me please?
