I did not reject the car initially as the car was 4 weeks late I really needed something for work. Other than that I had just travelled over 300 miles to collect it and I showed good faith that the specification and other issues would be rectified which they eventually where. I actually don't have a problem with the car, it's more that it is three weeks since Mangoletsi recieved my complaint which I also cc'd AR customer services on. AR customer services have been in touch 4 times over the last few weeks and have confirmed that Mangoletsi have recieved my complaint. My car is in the driveway unable to go anywhere and I don't know when it will be resolved. Mangolesti won't even acknowledge my complaint - not even a courtesy call. Mangoletsi arranged the finance on this and the finance company are very insistent that the fault is Mangoletsi's. If I know I can still reject the vehicle then maybe they will respond.
