i had the same problem. Solved the issue.
Exposed wiring in the headlamp housing. The rubber insulation had disintegrated due to the heat over the years. Wrapped the exposed part with black tapes and all is good for now.
My dealer spent weeks trying to find the problem with the examiner, but they failed to just look into the housing right at the start for physical shorting of the circuit. Keep insisting that the HID that i installed had damaged the body computer.
It was another workshop that found the problem in less than an hour.
So maybe the light housings are a good place to start. Now im without my Bluetooth as the dealer kept insisting its the bluetooth and returned me the car with that taken out, and said the all clear for my car. Only to have the fuse blown just the next day!
