As far as negative comments on the Brera are concerned, I'd add;-
Be prepared for poor mpg. My 3.2 averages approx 22mpg, based on about 80% motorway driving.
Poor rear legroom. Kids up to about 8-10 years old may be OK, but thats about it.
Limited headroom for the front seat passengers. Anyone over about 6'1" may not be too comfy.
Of your initial list of snags, I've had the rocker seat & alarm issues, (both now sorted by the dealer), but not the rattles/wind noise or poor paintwork.
My Brera is fairly standard spec, no Blue&me/satnav etc. Just make sure the spec is right for you. The spoked wheels look like they'll be a bugger to keep clean, whereas the horseshoe wheels are easy.
Really can't think of too much else to be wary of.
I still think the Brera is a great car as long as you know its limitations.
