IThe only issue I found was that the metal locking bars on the ISO-Fix seat seemed to be at 90 degrees to the slots in the rear seats and I couldn’t get them to insert without risking tearing the leather. I have to assume that this was only on the earliest models and that such a simple problem would by now have been rectified.
No it hasn't, couldn't put our ISOFIX in well due to this on the Brera S, made doubly difficult by the ISOFIX mounts being covered by packaging so I could even get to them for half an hour without some chopping etc, nice PDI
also the front belt is not long enough to get around a rear facing seat in passenger seat, I did manage to get the belt around but found after some mildly sporty driving the belt pulled the car seat up and I ended up having to drive holding the nippers head back
makes taking those corners sideways a lot more difficult when you only have one arm and of course I couldn't use her for support as her head was still squishy at that age
Seat is a Britax Cosy tot Premuim or something like that, interestingly the same seat that Renault supply under their own brandname called Babysafe Plus but half the price and someone above says does fit
unless I am mixing stages or the differences in seats on the 08/S models?
Personally found the Brera completely unsuitable
even if I had the seat in the back being rear facing the passenger seat had to be so far forward that only a midget would fit, forward facing might be fine in the future though.
