Oil change 159 - advice please

Dealer has quoted me a ridiculous 159:53 for an oil and oil filter change on my 1.9JTm!! - needless to say I will not be paying this. If I get this done at a local garage will they be able to reset the computer to remove the "Change engine oil" warning or will the warning automatically cancel once the sensor detects the new oil? Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, did a search but couldn't find a clear answer on this

I think that's the problem with non-alfa garages... I'm not sure if any of them can turn off the warning. Very annoying and clever of Alfa
