Alfa 159 tyre load rating confusion

For three years ive had 95y rated tyres on my 159 2.2 jts, came like this from dealer and i just had them replaced - pzero rosso 95y. However looking at the door sticker card it says i should have 98w in a 235/45/18, mine are 235/40/18 on a set of mak alloy wheels. So to summarise is the 95y rating still ok for my car? I mean ive already had it like this for years... in the manual it states that a 93 is the minimum? Thanks for your help.

Autodata has them as 235/45R18 95Y, so it looks like you have the wrong size.
