Oh come on
... if anyone's going to hear official stuff from AR it's going to be you Craig isn't it
Nothing official has been communicated to me by Alfa reference the 159GTA being given the green light but I have heard it through sources within the organisation, however as this information cannot be collaborated at this time I asked if anyone else had recently heard the same.
I work for my company because I am an Alfa enthusiast and no other reason, I could not work for another manufacturer as I would have no passion for the product, heritage or brand.
If I express a personal opinion here it is just that, a personal opinion not representative of my company or manufacturer.
If you would like me to change my forum name to my name I will do so, but then we all like to hide behind our anonymity, don't we David.
For anyone else who is interested my name is Craig, I live in Norwich and I sell Alfa Romeo's and have done since 2004.
I am currently in discussions with the site administrators to officially bring my company on to the forum but in doing so my personal opinions would disapear and any comments would be sanitised as a result.
Getting back on topic though, maybe a 159GTA would be a mistake in this current climate, but wouldn't it be good if we had a range topping vehicle that we could all be proud of that competes on performance, quality, price and credibillity with the M3, RS4, etc, etc. Unlike the 8C it would be a car that we could all relate to and aspire to own if not at least test drive?
It may never happen, but I personally
wish it would.
Thank you and goodnight.
