Yes, my 9-5 1.9 TiD Estate has a DPF. A rough comparison for those interested was my 156 2.4 (150bhp) averaged between 40-42 mpg. The SAAB averages 44-46 mpg, dropping to 40-42 mpg if I use Tesco's diesel.

I've found that switching from 17" to 18" wheels affected the MPG, but I still average 43mpg and that is driving at a minimum of 80 on the motorway.

I'm not certain the average read on the computer is that accurate & neither is current consumption, which sometimes shows I am doing
80+ MPG.

Someone also commented that travelling in 5th can improve consumption. I've noticed that travelling in 6th below 70 reduces MPG as the engine labours. The message is watch the gears!
