So your argument is the cost of living is higher in the UK
(in my limited experience it is not, but I don't know that much about economics) so ARUK and some
dealers are quite within their
rights to take a manufacturer's 24 month service schedule and decrease it to 12 months, for a bit o' extra
(We're not talking about additional oil changes which a
customer can choose to have or not, we're talking about "Do it this way or we'll void your warranty.)
It's underhanded and verging on daylight robbery.
But hey, cost of living is higher, so people should expect this.
Or maybe the lower cost of living in France means a better
road system and less wear 'n' tear on the cars compared
to that suffered by driving on the higher cost of living
UK roads. Erm, maybe?
