A Problemette

As some may be aware, the Brera (like many other cars these days) has frameless door windows. On unlocking the car the windows drop a cm or so to allow the door to open. Recently I've noticed that on the odd occasion after I unlock the car and get into it, the window doesn't close up again when the door is closed. A flick of the window raise switch resolves the issue, but I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this and if there is fix.

Problem - yes, twice in 5 months.

Solution - no, it hasn't happened often enough.

Re: A Problemette

Try resetting the 'up' and 'down' limits of the window's range.

As I recall you wind the window down all the way and then hold the button down for two seconds. Then wind the window all the way up and hold the button again for two seconds.

It may be up first and then down but, either way, it's worth a try eh?

Good luck.

Re: A Problemette

Not up with the Brera elite, yet, but I have still to fathom out, after almost four years of ownership, the true functionality of the window memory system of her lowly 147.: Never appears to behave as it says it should in the handbook. Muddled Chips?:
